Drawing from my extensive experience as a nurse and an Advanced Clinical Practitioner in surgical care, combined with my yoga therapy training, I offer a holistic approach to help you recover from surgical interventions and live a vibrant life. Over the past eight years, I have immersed myself in the study and practice of yoga and its traditions, and I feel fortunate to share my knowledge with you. I offer personalized individual classes tailored to your specific needs, as well as group classes that integrate a variety of techniques. I specialize in yoga instruction, yoga therapy, yoga for anxiety, yoga for depression, and trauma-informed yoga.
By combining these techniques with my surgical expertise, I have developed a comprehensive six-week course designed specifically for postoperative recovery.

Group Session
The Joys of Being
The Group Session allows you to explore yoga therapy practices within a group.
Each group session will dive into a specific theme such as loving kindness, grounding, compassion, awareness, being as so on.
We start with meditation and breath work to bring you to the present moment and cultivate emotional calm. The practice will explore slow grounding postures with the focus on alignment and breath to connect mind and body. I will take you through a rotation on consciousness and deep muscle relaxation techniques to achieve a profound state of relaxation and rejuvenate your body. We will close with a short journaling session.
